For 2023, one member of the couple must be an active, honorably discharged, or retired member of the United States Armed Services “Qualified Veteran”.  You both must be residents of Wisconsin.  

The winning couple will be chosen by July 25, 2023.

The last date to submit an application is July 15, 2023.

Please complete the Hitched Heroes Entry Form below and tell us why you and your partner should be selected to win the wedding giveaway.  Share with us how your experience in the military has affected your relationship and tell us what winning a wedding would mean to you.  You will also be required to provide your DD214 as proof of military service.

Make sure you are available to have your wedding on

November 11, 2023 at The Kress Pavilion in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin.

The winning couple must agree and be available to have their wedding ceremony and reception at The Kress Pavilion in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin on November 11, 2023.

Allowed guest count is limited to a maximum of 50 attendees, including the couple, wedding party and family.

​

The couple agrees to adhere to the provided wedding day timeline, preselected design and decor options and preselected vendors.

​

The couple understands that the wedding party will be limited to 3 people standing up on each side.

​

The winning couple must also enter into a media waiver and photo release that allows Pink Door Events and affiliate vendors to freely use all wedding photos and the couple's information/story for any and all advertising purposes.

DO NOT submit more than one entry per couple.

By submitting, you agree to the following requirements:

• You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Rules and Regulations provided HERE.

• One partner is serving or has served in any branch of the US Military and is able to provide proper identification if selected as the winning couple.

• You acknowledge both members of the couple are at least 18 years of age or older.

• Both members of the couple must be Wisconsin residents.

• Winning couple must sign our media waiver and photo release.

• Winning couple must sign our Hitched Heroes Official Rules Agreement.

• Winning couple must sign all participating vendor contracts.

Please ensure that all contact information is correct.  If a winner is selected and cannot be reached after five days, the prize will be immediately forfeited without further notice.

The winning couple will be required to provide a W9 form and will receive 1099 forms from the vendors.  The couple will be required to report some of the prize costs as income for tax purposes.
