Everyone should be able to have a beautiful, dreamy and cost-effective wedding. Our intimate wedding packages allow you to skip all the planning details (that's on me!) and just be present, focusing on celebrating your love with your favorite people.
The details matter but you shouldn't have to lose sleep over them. From budget planning, to set up and clean up, it's handled. We are with you every step of the way so you can truly soak it all in and enjoy every moment from your engagement to your I Dos.
You enjoy planning all the little details and just need someone to pull everything together to allow you to kick off those heels and party. We pull all the final touches together so you can focus on each other the day of your wedding.

Starting at $6500
Prior to wEdding Day
• Planning, Coordination & Design
• Lead Planner to guide you every step of the way
• Initial planning meeting to compile a vision for your wedding
• Unlimited communication
• Planning with your budget in mind
• Initial contact to all potential vendors and finalizing vendor choices with access to preferred vendors
• Planning schedule and task list to spread out tasks making wedding planning fun!
• Assistance in coordinating and selecting rentals
• Attend necessary vendor meetings
• Multiple venue visits if required
• Timeline and floor plan creation and organization
• Ceremony rehearsal coordination
Day of wedding
• Lead Planner for up to 12 hours
• Primary contact for vendors
• Ensure vendors have arrived per the timeline
• Set up: welcome table, gift table, guest book table, light candles, set place cards and table numbers, ensure florals are set by florist, etc.
• Oversee event management of ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
• Trouble-shooting any issues that may arise
• Distribution of final vendor payments
• Clean up management
• Ensure all personal decor items are boxed and given to the appropriate party
