When should we book our wedding planner?

As soon as you’re ready to plan your wedding! The earlier you book, the more support we can offer throughout the entire planning journey. Most of our clients book 14–18 months in advance.

Do you work with specific vendors?

Yes! We have a trusted list of vendors we love and recommend—florists, photographers, entertainment, and more—who align beautifully with my planning approach and high standards. We're also happy to vet and collaborate with new vendors if you have someone special in mind.

How involved will we be in the planning process?

We're here to guide, organize, and elevate your vision—not take over, unless that’s what you need. Think of us as your trusted planning partner who helps guide your ideas into a cohesive, stunning event, but we probably aren’t a good fit if it’s hard for you to let go of the reins and trust the professionals.

How do you approach wedding design?

We begin by understanding your story, priorities, and the feeling you want your wedding to evoke. From there, we develop a cohesive design concept — including color palette, textures, layout, lighting, florals, and personalized details — ensuring every element works harmoniously.

Do you offer Partial Planning or Coordination?

To ensure the highest level of service and execution, we focus exclusively on full-service planning. This allows us to guide every detail from the beginning and produce a seamless, cohesive celebration. If you’ve already booked a few vendors and need help filling in the gaps and pulling everything together AND we are 6 months or less from your wedding date, we may discuss a Partial Planning option if we still have availability.

Do you plan weddings outside of Door County?

Yes! While we're based here and specialize in Door County destination weddings, we're happy to travel throughout Wisconsin and beyond for the right couple and vision. Let’s chat about your location and see if we’re the perfect fit.

What is the average investment of the weddings you plan?

Our couples typically invest in a thoughtfully designed, guest-focused celebration. Overall wedding budgets vary based on guest count, location, and production needs, particularly for tented events. That being said, most of our couples invest between $100,000 and $150,000+ for their wedding weekend celebrations.
