I was born and raised in lower Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University, majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry. I know, odd degree for a wedding planner! While in college, I spent my work days and nights in the service and hospitality industries being involved with many events. Though my heart still holds science dear, it has made room for my ever growing love of orchestrating memorable events. My scientific/type-A personality lets me organize and plan every detail with ease and the passion I have for adventure and nature brings out the fun creative side!

After meeting my husband (the DoCo native) and moving to Door County, I knew this was the place for me! So of course we had to have our wedding here! The peninsula has something for everyone and the beauty is indescribable. I live in Ellison Bay with my husband, our two dogs and three cats. I am out exploring the never ending parks and coastal areas around Door County every chance I get.
