I’m Rachel, the founder and lead planner behind Pink Door Events. I bring more than two decades of experience in hospitality, events, and guest experience to every wedding I plan, and that background shapes everything about how I work. I’m calm under pressure, deeply organized, and always thinking several steps ahead so my couples don’t have to.

At the heart of my work is care. I advocate for my couples, protect their peace, and design celebrations that feel warm, person, and thoughtfully run. My goal is simple: for you to feel completely supported and to look back on your wedding weekend remembering how joyful, seamless, and genuinely special it felt.
